Living Water Funding first began by raising capital for Real Estate Developers and Home Builders, by servicing Quest Concepts, a real estate developer in Keller, Texas, with an in-house project.  We honed our skills in raising money by focusing on just one company's short-term financial needs.  By successfully solving their interim financial requirements and solving similar problems for new referrals, it gave our resulting company, Living Water Funding, confidence that it could solve a wider array of financing problems throughout the real estate industry and beyond.
